If during a charter the client chooses to smoke, our chauffeurs are instructed to, and will locate a safe area where the client(s) can exit the vehicle and smoke outside of the vehicle. The minimum rental is 3 hours during Sunday thru Friday and 4 hours on Saturdays.

The total cost of service is to be collected at the beginning of service. Overtime will be billed at the prevailing rate. Client waives any and all claims of liability, loss, injury, damage, or theft. No hanging out of the sunroof is permitted. Doing so will result in immediate termination of service and no refunds will be provided. Client agrees to maintain full legal behavior during the time of service.

Parking and Tolls charges are not included. Las Vegas trips are 5.5 hours each way. Palm Springs and San Diego trips are 3 hours each way. Airport pickups incur an additional $10 charge.

Here are some of the options: Multiple Plasma / LCD TV, CD player, MP3 player, iPod connection, two story bar with beautiful neon and lighting, Disco floor (glass floor with 6 different neon lights that change color randomly) track lighting, moon-roof, custom designed interior with two tone leather sofa, starlight ceiling with panoramic view, privacy partition, tinted windows.

Prices are due to change at any notice. Prices may vary during special events such as New Year’s Day, Prom, Winter Formal, Busy Days, Holidays, Peak Periods and Long Distance. All special pricing cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotional codes. Some restrictions may apply.

Client accepts full liability for client, client’s guests, and/or client affiliations. Client is responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle. Damages will be charged as follows: $320.00 vomiting, $450 each cigarette burn, $250 gum on the carpet, $10 each broken/missing glass.

Limos and Cars cannot be held responsible in any way for traffic conditions, flight delay, mechanical difficulty, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Client authorizes Limos and Cars to charge the credit card on file at the time of booking and agrees that if service is canceled for any reason prior to or during the service that no refund will be issued, no exceptions. If service is terminated early, no refund will be issued, as all fees are deemed earned when paid.

Limos and Cars requires a major credit card to process reservations. All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking.

Please add 16% to the hourly prices, tax, driver minimum gratuity, licensing fee and Service Surcharge.

All online reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pickup time. For shorter notices please call our office at (888) 546-6811.

Additional charges may occur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra $10.00 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time. For all arriving flights, meet your driver at the gate or at the baggage claim area. To avoid a no-show fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance, the number is: (888) 546-6811. A $10 surcharge will be applied to any trip before 5:00am or after 12:00am and certain designated holidays.

No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

While we are happy to let you bring compact discs, videotapes and other personal items, Limos and Cars does not take responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limo rental service.

Limousine rentals made by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen must have this agreement signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).

Extra charges: Most packages are all-inclusive, however if there are any extra service charges it will be highlighted in your rental contract.

Multiple Stops: Stops during your service should be prearranged before the service starts. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers need to know all stops in advance. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver’s discretion.

Max Capacity: Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines.

Alcohol Policy: No alcohol beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Alternative beverages are available upon request for additional cost.
